What?
This is an open sourced, anonymous application for the role of North West Freelancer to join a national taskforce that aims to generate ideas around the continued survival of the theatre sector. We will be applying for the position at HOME as their call out has recently been announced. The idea behind this joint application is to create an equal playing field for freelancers and to see what a open, democratic process would look like when convening these discussions. We don't think we'll be sucessful in our application but we want space to think ambitiously

When?
The deadline is Tuesday 2nd June ( lol) so everything is a little rushed. The google form will be open until 6pm on Monday. We will be editing all the thoughts together in this open word doc so everyone can see what is being said.
GROUND RULES: The group is open, it isn’t private. Anything you post on the google forms can be read by anyone. Please keep things positive and constructive and to-the-point. No naming names. Respond to others as if you were in the same room as them, speaking face to face. Any negatives (and they are of course valid and important to discuss) can always be reframed as a positive alternative or suggestion for better ways of doing things. Lols are as important (more important?) than lengthy pseudo-intellectual essays.
